The FKK Birches Head club is run by Sensei Byron Blairs (5th Dan) and his wife Sensei Josephine Blairs (3rd Dan). They have a wealth of karate experience between them, and the teaching arrangement is perfect for female students who wish to be taught by an experienced and dedicated female instructor.
Whether you want to take up Karate for self defence, to build your self confidence, or simply to keep your self fit, please feel free to come along and have a try, you will be surprised how enjoyable it can be.
